Game blocked on War map (SimCity Buildit)

Hello EA friends!
 
I have a problem with my SimCity Buildit game. When I enter to Wars section the screen just freeze and nothing can be clicked. 
 
No problem until today, because I am too early into the game and I am not ready yet to launch attacks on opponents, but today my club went to a new war before I get the chance to check the results for the previous war (don't understand why is mandatory since I don't even participate). So now when I start the game I see those messages that my club ended a war, check the results, and right after I am sent to the new war map - were my screen is completely frozen.
 
So, can you please tell me what is the fix here?

    I have this same problem. It's after the booster tutorial. It's just frozen with a yellow arrow bouncing on a city. I tried restarting the phone. I tried force stopping the app. I tried reinstalling the app. 

    I tried using my phone data instead of WiFi.

    Same issue.
