Game crashing after update 1.27.4

Not much has changed since 2019 huh? 🤔 

I'm having this same issue & I have the latest update from a week or so ago. It started after the previous update a month or so ago.

It occurs when I go to Green Valley. Capital City, Frosty Fjords & Cactus Canyon work fine.

I am on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra & it is also updated.

STILL!!  Game still crashes, unable to play. Is there anyone looking into this???

Tried reinstall IOS, reinstall SimCity. Quit the club, remove buildings... Still crash, always got jetsamEvent 

Exactly same problem , constantly crash since last update on iPhone 6+. Please fix it, EA

I have an iPhone 6+ with the latest iOS, and mine crashes ever since I downloaded the latest update (on 4/10/19), anytime I am in my Capital City, the game crashes after a few seconds. If I am lucky to switch to another town (like Frosty Fjords), I am fine. But when going back into the Capital City, it crashes again. I've restarted the phone and closed all apps and the cashes persist.  I submitted a post yesterday, but since this thread is alive, thought I would log it.

Hi! I use Android. When I go to Frosty Fjords the game crashes. I also did everything they have said and few times over. I think there is a corrupt file saved on our game ID, google ID in my case. The game works fine if you start over but crashes the moment you recover the initial game. I think EA should make an app to troubleshoot and fix the game. Updating the game might never fix this problem since the corrupt file is in our gamer IDs.

The latest patch 1.27.6 only fixes the glitch with Epic Buildings and speed tokens, but the game still frequently crashes at random on my iPhone 6+. Please help!!!

Just carried out the upload on my wife's iPad and everything appears to be working properly again. She is a very happy wife now 🙂 🙂
