Game crashing for almost everyone now

I first reported the crashing in October 2023. It is almost 2 years later and now the crashing is spreading to other cities and EA has no solution other than stop playing the game.

the only way for EA to resolve this would be to revert back to the version of the game from before October 2023 when trains were added.  Everyone who invested in trains would naturally be upset.

EA will never do that they will just allow the game to continue until the crashing affects everyone and the game will stop. They are unwilling to invest in debugging their programming. And I have tried to get this resolved and their support is useless.
