Since yesterday evening, when I want to go to the Green Valley region, the game kicks me out.
I play on Android, until yesterday everything was fine. It goes into the Cactus Canyon without problems. What to do about this, what solution?

Same here, since yesterday night (Wednesday, 17 September 2025), when I want to go to the sunny isle region, the game kicks me out. I play on Android, western Indonesia time (GMT+7)

Same here. I'm using Android 14, it's crashing when I try to get to Green Valley no matter which region I try to travel from. No error message, just kicked out. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my cache again, and it isn't fixed. It started at 11pm Pacific Time when the new season was activated. It's affecting one of my cities, the other one is accessing Green Valley without issues.
I use an IPad, and have experienced the same issue.
This issue began with the latest Update on sept 17.
EA should troubleshoot this fast, I cannot complete assignments locked out of a region.
