cheaters go to a naughty island even innocent legit players can get put on it by no fault of their own I on it now for being lucky in the CoM. I been on it for a week now I got sent there when I claimed my prize for coming third after a satiation of previous weeks of getting small prizes and then I claimed our club prizes next thing I got notification I was not a member of the club and all my friend's depots were empty of items and the only items I could buy in the GTHQ were from a small group of say 20 of the same cities, so in this weeks contest I had to make most of the items. using a lot of speed tokens only in the NL for seasons myself. I got in touch with EA Support to appeal and they told me they fix my city but it is 7 days before it will be fixed. then I got an email to tell me they are looking at my case and I have to wait for them to send me an email. It been a week as it was on Monday but not heard from them yet still waiting for that email to say it's done.
So why take so long on this case while when I had issues in the game not related to this is fixed in a matter of a day or 2, yet been taken into isolation when I did nothing wrong is very upsetting, to say the least. Am missing my friend's clubs and they are missing me and I am unable to help them as unable to see my items. I am feeling homesick all week. I thought EA would of put it right today but suppose it been a Sunday it be their day off and I have to suffer another day in hell.
