Unable to add friends
I only have 11 friends but I have been unable to add more yet there are rewards for having 15 friends and 30. How do I solve this

Remove them then add more that’s the only way you can do it
The rewards for 15 and 30 friends requires you to add friends via Facebook. It predates the ability to add friends directly via your friend code.
