Hey guys hope you’re all well. My game keeps crashing back to my main menu on my iPad. I have plenty of storage on the iPad but also I have deleted other games and apps to make sure that it still keeps crashing. For instance, I try and and click the Specialisation button, it freezes, cut out of the game completely and goes back to my main menu.. please help as I have haven’t been able to play any extra games inside the game, love from Ireland. God bless.. Bernard..
Community ManagerHi BernardShortt,
I’m sorry to hear that your game has been crashing.
This article includes some helpful troubleshooting steps that may help get things working again:
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/ipad-iphone-crashing-freezing/
Give those steps a try and let us know how it goes.
This happened with my out-of-date iPad Air 2. I traded it for a Samsung tablet and all is well. If you're running an old version of iOS, you may need to upgrade to a newer tablet.
The IOS is up to date. Thanks
No luck mate. Sorry
Then it's probably that EA doesn't seem to give iOS updates a high priority. Maybe they don't have skilled IOS developers or maybe most of their players are on Android.
Community ManagerBernardShortt I'm sorry to hear you're still having this problem. Did you manage to complete the steps mentioned in the article?
This doesn’t work. I’ve attempted x3. iOS IPad Pro. All updated. Still crashing. Town “Azzashire” 😡
I’ve uninstalled, rebooted and also did a restart with my internet….3 times and still my game crashes. It really is getting frustrating, pity no one at EA can fix anything now and just create more problems
Crashed 5 times in last hour. Forking hell why isn’t anyone doing anything about this bs. Pull ya fingers out and do something….. please
One of my team mates has exactly the same problem with an iPad. Also completed all the suggested solutions.
She now thinks she has resolved the problem. She reset the iPad and wifi. She also reset the identifier in wallet and friends list. The last 2 items I don’t use personally.
