Game problem

Good day

 

I am playing SimCity Buildit app

 

I am experiencing a game technical issues, the problem I am facing is my "service" departments are fairly in a good position and the way I view my "service" stats are in a good space but the buildings are complaining about the lack of services not being met. I tried moving the buildings around and moving the service departments around but nothing works. What should I do? 

 

I am using an Android, time is around 13:20 SAST (GM +2). This are the videos and pictures:

    Sometimes, utilities and other buildings don't connect to the roads they're built next to. It's a bug. You might try moving them to a different road or just rotate them in place so a different side of the building touches the road.

    Also your video indicates roads that need to be upgraded.  A overloaded red road could be impeding your progress. Upgrade the road and see if it helps. Also, make sure all your roads are connected properly.
