Glitches since munich update

I play on an ipad but i know this is happening to android users too

the munich update came with glitches that make the game frustrating and at times unplayable. If i try to move a building or landscape of any type, i get a black and pink pixelated screen, thats frozen.  If i try to upgrade a road, iget the same screen. Want to build a new building? Same screen.  Want to add landscape? Same screen. Everytime the game freezes and i need to shut the game down completely. I have paid for the premium package because i really like this season, and these glitches are make it impossible to progress.

when does ea plan to fix this bug?!?!
