Help! My son's Global Trade HQ building continually says" Unfortunately this feature is unavailable for you at this time." I've looked it up on your website and I see That the population prerequisite is 10,000 but he has 110,286 people in his city.... What's the problem?Thanks!

I have the same issue as a number of ppl on here I’m lvl17 with 70,000 population and I still cannot access the Glode Trade Market. I see that this seems to be a issue with many players. I will just bin the game if there is no solution soon and receive no comment. The message I get is the same as other, “This feature is not available to you at this time”.

If you have not done so already, you may wish to contact technical support through the in game help section. They will assign a ticket and should have the issue resolved in a couple of days. Good luck.

Hey @Evergrey1775 If your son is considered a minor in your country, he won't have permissions to use the Global Trade HQ unfortunately. If you have set the age to under the minimum age required to access online services within the game for your country by mistake, don’t worry, we can get this fixed up for you. As part of the regulations surrounding aging up accounts all you need to do is submit a valid form of ID to prove your age and we can get straight to work on that, now this process can take a few days to complete as the ID will have to be verified. We do not store this data on our servers anywhere and it will be deleted as soon as it has been verified and the request to age up your account has been submitted to the development team. You can send your proof of age to the following email address; dobverification@ea.com This email must include the following information as well as the visual Proof of Age; Player ID: (For your current city, you can locate this within the Help section of your settings menu in game) City Name: City Level: Club Name: Once that's submitted, you need to wait for an email confirming the changes. @deshmukhshantanu @Hardball354 The same applies to all of you. Submit a Request using the web form: https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Choose: Account Management Title: Wrong Age on Account Fill in your email, and explain your issue in the description. You can attach your proof in this form, or wait to hear a reply before sending any documentation You should hear from the team in a couple of days. Good luck!

I am lvl 18 with 101000 population but I still can’t get global trade hq, is the age you put in changing it? I already sent an email to ea but nothing has changed. Help plz

The same exact thing. I have seen my friends play this game and they also said that Trade HQ unlocks at population 10,000 but i have 75,000
