There are SO MANY different posts about the SAME issue, I decided to merger them together. Hopefully the development team will see this thread and make changes to the global trading market! And with all the posts being in one place make it easier on EA team to find them all.

Having an option to choose between factory items, store items and special items (expansion/disaster) will make the market much more balanced and provide actual stock for purchase by MANY MORE players, opposed to complete randomness that is happening now.

It's kinda crazy that cancelling auction items means that the item is lost. Thats double punishment: pay 1 simcash AND destroy your item.

any type of filter would do wonders. With the limited random market options, finding specific materials and purchasing them in a timely manner is increasingly frustrating

How come when you post a item in the market, even for the absolute maximum it always gets sold. I want to have a competitive marketplace, not something full of users posting the MAX price for every item; with the sole intention of the items being bought up automatically by the system. If another user doesn't buy your item before it expires it should go back to your inventory or given the option to discard them. Generating free gold is hurting game play between friends and the global market. If you fix this then people will have to think about how much they are going to sell and for how much, prompting a more diverse game play when it comes to advertising your goods and making simoleons off of other users. And if you think about it, it makes it possible for people to think about buying gold; considering it's not a day or two wait for a guaranteed payout. This definitely should have been fixed by now.

Can buy items (sometimes) but popular items are usually gone in the time it takes to travel to this other city to make the transaction. can click on the trade tower again while at the other city and look for something else, do that a couple of times or more and get a black screen or game crash happens sometimes losing some recent rades??? is there a work around for this?. on a samsung tab4, 8
Can a trade tower be bought, in this game?

I'm on Android and going to the Global Trade Centre 3 or 4 times crashes the game. Repeatedly.

It's a known bug, hopefully they will fix it in the next update.

Yes I have this problem too. From what I have observed, its some sort of out of sync issue caused by poor internet connection from either side, so the client and servers are out of sync, the game closes to prevent data corruption.

Yeah I'm having this issue as well, also I'll go and buy an item and it will be sold already but still get charged for it
