I lost 1500 tickets and contacted them 6 days ago and they did absolutely nothing.. they effectively said thanks for the conversation and if you have any further questions feel free to contact us.. I've given up on the game and started playing Designer City 2.. the gameplay is good and there are 100s of buildings to choose from.. you don't even have to spend money on the game ... Try it out
