First it does the circle thing and then the error message (17). Sometimes it just goes black.

Its no new bug, it returned since a month now, sc solved it but the problem returned a week later
This problem is new to me. But I’ve got it bad, trying to go to Sunny Isle zone and the game kicks me out of the game entirely. Been going on for several weeks now. I am likely going to shelve the game for a while because it’s that annoying.
I have exactly the same problems. I have to constantly restart. This issue was raised regarding iPad 10th generation and iOS 18.5 upwards. Just recently it has started crashing. Also getting the pixelated screen since the last update. Really fed up with all the issues that EA will not resolve.
Multiple crashes today. Im just trying to rearrange objects and have been frozen many times a day. iPad Pro. Very annoying.
Exact same thing has been happening to me for ages. I also play on an iPad. EA has been totally unresponsive.
Yes very annoying so now I try not to move buildings around anymore especially the Omega as that is the problem.
Artificial Intelligence is running this game now.
EA don’t care, the moderators don’t care and AI doesn't care either. They are all Robots. One day maybe some will and can explain the game to us as I don’t have a clue anymore.
They only want your money!
It’s sad that they don’t care enough to fix the bugs I have 3 cities. I’m playing on a new iPhone, computer, and an old tablet. I’m lucky that I’m not experiencing this bug but I do notice extreme lagging at times. It can’t be a device issue if my old tablet still works ok. They just have too many bugs that they don’t care to fix all while they roll out updates that we hate.
Ditto to all the comments above mine! I am getting very frustrated with the game because it keeps stalling and shutting down. I’ve been playing for 8 years and really hate to leave because the developers can’t fix this problem. Six other people in our club are experiencing the same problem. I need to know who do we complain to, besides ourselves??? Somebody who I am giving a lot of money needs to give a “**bleep**’!!!!
I have reported this so many times. EA say they cannot replicate the problem! Obviously no one has an iPad 10 th generation at EA because it seems to be a particular issue with this model. They said to wait to see if others have the issue. Quite clearly they do but just don’t care.
I'm not getting the graphical glitch but I was getting plenty error 17's and they were getting on my goat!
That was with Android 15 but not so many now with 16 and One UI 8
No doubt there will be some other bug shortly that affects me 😂

This problem of pixelation was reported over 3 months ago and still not fixed
Mine is still having those same problems. Has been happening for months if not years. It’s just gotten worse since the last ridiculous update that caused a lot of folks to leave the game.
Same problem happening for months now. Looking for a new game, sad because I’ve played Sim City for years ad invested a lot of time and money.
I’m wondering if it’s linked to playing on the iPad because it seems like everybody with this issue is using an iPad. I have an account on my phone and I have no issues.
