Same here since last update. It always happens from the same area. It has already been reported in this forum a number of times. I also use an iPad 10th generation and other problems started after iOS 18.5. There are a number of other issues previously reported but not resolved. Restart doesn’t work. Constantly hangs up with chat, trains, global, CoM just to mention a few and needs a restart.
EA does unfortunately not work on such issues. They want to make money and change their games for more profit !! They give a **bleep** on all our complaints here. 👹
