I can’t play the game. No matter what I do, it doesn’t work. This issue keeps happening constantly, and I can’t perform any actions. I’ve reported it for over half a month, but it still hasn’t been fixed. After entering the game for just one minute, it turns out like this. Please, I’m begging you — fix it.
Same here. I just have to turn off the device and try again. I haven't been able to upgrade/bulldoze roads for weeks without this pink pixelated screen issue. Now it's happening in the design challenge too. The update was supposed to have fixed it but it hasn't. It's also happening when trying to upgrade buildings too. EA_Universa
I have the very same issue since last season. Last season I can still work on the design without that graphic glitch but this season once I open the landscape or park it comes more often. So it’s really impossible to make a design. I hope that glitch will not show up on the other region as well. Btw, I am using iPad Gen.9 . Slowly but surely it started to be irritating seeing this glitch and to restart the game 100x it doesn’t give any fun anymore. Please kindly fix it.

I've been having the same problem for a long time
EA say to report bugs here but ignore us. This has been reported for weeks but still a big problem. I tried to move the material store 5 times and it pixelated and I had to restart every time. It happens when scrolling but mainly when opening the building menu, and usually in the capital city. EA don’t bother any more or listen to players complaining.
If you are on an iPad, go to settings>ipad storage>offload app>reinstall app. This works for me and I’m only having this problem occasionally now.
If I move omega buildings or upgrade roads near the omega buildings I get the pixelation.
On a phone I am not sure if you can do the same but have a look
