The game is constantly freezing up or crashing with a weird pixel look. It happening all the time and now I can’t update roads in design challenge or my main game. I have seen multiple complaints about this same thing. It’s been happening since the last update.
I play one an iPad 10th generation with the most current software. I have deleted the app and reinstalled twice now and it is still happening. I can’t even finish my DC city because I can’t move buildings or improve roads! The amount of people talking about this issue should have the developer’s attention by now!
It’s a shame you didn’t post this on one of the many discussions about this problem. It seems to be a problem on the 10th generation iPad which is what I also use but obviously EA doesn’t have anyone with this iPad to sort it out! Also problems with restart not working, and after a couple of minutes of non use not much else works! Come on EA. Get it sorted. It has been months now.
I am curious as to what is different about the 10th generation as opposed to others? That is very strange.
I think the more posts made will maybe up the chance they listen but who can say
