I have now upgraded to iPadOS 26.2 on my 10th generation iPad and the pixelation problem still happens

There is a slight change on iPadOS 26.2. It goes all black as shown in attached photo

    Trying to open gambling buildings and it goes black and freezes. Pink pixels seem to have been replaced by black
