For the past week or so, I’ve been having a ton of trouble with this game crashing whenever I go into residential to build or demolish a house, or road construction (especially bulldozing), and also many of the services as well. Sometimes it will let me do one thing, like build a new house, but I cannot demolish one. As soon as I try to do that, the screen becomes all pixelated, frequently with lots of bright pink and dark black areas and I need to restart the app. But this problem also happens when going to other various services or things like parks and landscapes. I have tried rebooting, using different Wi-Fi connections, and clearing all my internet history from my iPad, but the problems persist. Quite frustrating!! Not sure what else to do, thinking about just abandoning this app altogether. Which would be disappointing, I’ve put a lot of time, energy and money into this app over the past couple of years. EA, can you fix this problem??
I’ve just discovered something else about this issue, it’s only happening in my main city. My two regions, Green Valley and Frosty Fjords, don’t seem to be having these problems, at least not today. I’m able to build modify and bulldoze houses and roads in my regions but not my main city. What’s up with that??
This problem has been going on for months with no solution. EA don’t care.
