Graphical glitches in SCBI - Pink Pixelated Frozen Screen

Hi I have an issue for a long time my game freeze when I hold down on any building screen turns black and purple  and l have to close and open again but when I hold down again same problem keeps happening is there any solution

Talk to Apple. 

This is specifically an iOS problem. I keep reading players saying that EA can't do anything about it. Therefore, it is not a problem on EA's end. 

I suspect that this has been a recurring issue since game mode was introduced.

    This occurs especially when the device is overheating. If you're not playing for long periods of time, I have no explanation for you.
