Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I’m trying to upgrade services or upgrade roads, my screen keeps doing this (see pic) and locking up I close out of the game go back in it in a few minutes later it does it again. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and it’s still doing it. Anybody else having this problem?
