Green men rising
Just had an odd happening, pairs of green men rising up from some residential buildings. 2 small green figures with a plus sign at the bottom of the left one rising like the 2, 4, and 12 when you have high speed going in a shop. Clicking on them did nothing. Anyone else see these? All the buildings involved had the landmark comment. All were near the Brandenburg Tower. Halloween ghosts??
The green men are your population growing, it used to just happen, now the count trickles up and green men rise. Happens when you upgrade residential buildings and repair roads.
