HDR rendering is terrible

The new HDR rendering system is destroying my city's appearance. Buildings now look like glass cubes during the day and lightbulbs during the night. Everything is blurry, as if the entire city are covered in fog.

The main reason why I'm enjoying the game is its graphics, and I believe many other players feel the same way. However, since the latest update, I can't even bear to look at my city, and as far as I know, a lot of players are suffering from the same issue.

Please, AT THE VERY LEAST, give us an option to disable the new HDR rendering system and revert to previous graphics settings. Thank you.
