Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, I have High Tech Police Center so still no sign of High Tech Medical Center anywhere...

If you bought Premium Pass (the $4.99 option) rather Premium+ (the $8.99 option) then you will only have 38 tiers, ending on Police HQ. The additional 10 tiers will no longer be available.

Medical Center is also for sale on the EA Store ... but the price is $40.
