Houses upgrade
I don’t have any more residential houses to upgrade. What can I do to change that? Thank you!!

Yes!! But how can I transform my 6 upgraded building into on of those 3 you mentioned?
@barbaraafgomes You need to build specialization buildings (education, entertainment, gambling etc) near the fully upgraded houses. So you’ll have epic project helmet.
your city level has to be at least 16 and you have to build “department of epic project” too.
