Just an update for those that are not aware. Tokyo RZs request the following quantity of Tokyo Tokens (acquired at the airport by doing cargo shipments):
1st upgrade, 63 pop: 1 token
2nd upgrade, 125 pop: 1 token
3rd upgrade, 185 pop: 2 tokens
4th upgrade, 376 pop: 2 tokens
5th upgrade, 903 pop: 2 tokens
6th and last upgrade, 2202 pop: 3 tokens
That means 11 tokens for 1 maxed out RZs, which means at least 198 hours of waiting time. That's around, roughly (probably more), 200 tokens for the 99 upgrades. That's 4 years and a half.
EA, you did a great job with this Tokyo update!!! I'm very eager to play this this to the next 5 years.
