How to remodel city

Hi I’m rarely new to the game sim city.

I built my city up till level 17 but I think it doesn’t look well. I’ve seen other sand thye look great. I wanted to see if I could just take everything and put it in a stash like clash of clans and fully remodel my city. Not having to bulldoze all my houses is there a way to do that

    @KingCobraKash Specialization buildings can be stored into the menu so you can make more space for changes. Houses and services cannot.

    However, at Level 17, as a fellow player I recommend that you work on building up your resources and upgrading storage and land, to make sure you can actually afford all the buildings you want to get. I believe some specializations are not even unlocked at that level so you cannot access their buildings.
