Hi Mai. Thanks for the response.
Assuming you have residential buildings in your region, how do you switch an epic project task from a building in your main city to a building in your regional city? You can't move the Department of Epic Projects out of the main city.
Do you just have to wait until there are no more residential buildings in your main city, and then it will automatically choose a building in a random region to start an epic project?

@jdiamondEA Increase parks in regional city around residential buildings. Upgrade regular residential fully. You can have multiple to pick from in capital and regional (see photo). My guess is only one project can be underway at a time.
