Can’t upgrade my power plants

Hello,

I don’t have access to upgradeable utilities in my game, but my boyfriend does - Coal power plants, wind mills, water towers - and we have the same game versions and platforms (ipad).
I want to have an option to upgrade mine as well, since it makes the gameplay way easir. It’s not fair!

Anyone knows how to add this feature?

    With all of the bugs in this game it’s getting harder to work out what to do, I however just go into settings -general-iPad storage-off load app-reinstall.

    I do this every other day and seems to work ok for me, I too am on an ipad
