I can't find SimCity BuildIt on CH Play even it available before

I had been playing this game for a while when it suddenly disappeared from the Play Store. When I searched for it, the Play Store said that it’s currently unavailable for me. However, since I had already downloaded it before, I can still play normally—but I can’t purchase the season pass because, as mentioned, it’s not available on the Play Store anymore.

Does anyone know what’s going on? I contacted the Play Store, and they told me to reach out to the service provider. Could it be that my region (Vietnam) has been restricted?
