I have a building problem
There's always only two building are available to be built and I think some of the building mark is disappeared

-The building mark (the one which is like engineer hat)
Disappear suddenly When I go to visit some cities to buy suff that I need to build
-second problem as you can see in the photo that I will provide to you there are 3 building still can be promoted for one more time but there is no building mark on anyone of them or any other building for a long time
-Third problem as you can see in the pohot there is only 2 building that I can build not 3 although there is no building in my city needs to be built

Are you sure bro , I don't want to demolish the whole city ...is there any other solution
