I'm having trouble login in to Sim City BuildIt. Error code 60002.503.999

Hi!

I'm having trouble connecting logging in to the game. When the game is loading I keep getting the same error code. This has been happening since 2 days ago. I already tried restarting the device, clearing cache, clearing all data, also reinstall the game and still no luck.

Could someone please help me with this issue? Thanks in advance.

    I already solved the issue, I couldn't login on two different devices, namely, Bluestacks and a smartphone. Tried loging in on a tablet and finally it could load the game. On the smartphone I uninstalled the game and reinstalled, then the issue was solved for this one. With bluestacks, I updated the graphic drivers and also had to completely reinstall Bluestacks for the game to load.

    Hope this may help someone with the same issue.
