Impossible Upgrades

Since more and more players have started to realise how ridiculous this season is, I just wanna say that imo it’s not worth it to upgrade our hotspot.

I got this information from a hacker that post a video about it on YouTube. So, the video shows that it will cost you 120.000 seasonal currency to upgrade the hotspot fully. And mind you, from lv.14 to 15 alone, it will cost you this much:

    EA's cash grab might have something to do with this news headline from yesterday: "Reports: EA set to be sold to private investors for up to $50 billion. Saudi investment fund, Jared Kushner are reportedly among the interested buyers." They may be trying to pump up the value to get a better price. I wonder if they're doing this in their other games as well.

    How do you have over 300k in monthly coins already?  I’m 40k short for the last upgrade on my building for this week(9th level)?  I’m finished for this week already. I’m not going to spend $100 buying coins for the upgrades.

    My solution: don't upgrade it and focus on the stuff you can get.

    I'd like to remind people that in earlier seasons, collecting the final building from the album was only possible if you completed all event tracks and the MP. That was also only attainable if you spent hours doing additional tasks or building and then demolishing (omega) residential zones - or if you paid hefty sums each week if you weren't willing to do that.

    The full-album buildings were never easily obtainable. This hasn't really changed. I'm not having a hard time coming to terms with this, as it is how things always were.

    People get so annoyed over not being able to get something that most of us (myself included) weren't really able to get before anyway in most cases. It's like everyone's looking at previous seasons through rose-tinted glasses.

    Personally I find the current seasons much more relaxing. Can I get everything? No, but when was that ever a reality? Besides, the stuff I can get, I can get more easily now.
