Changing the system default language to English may fix the in-game custom service issue.

Thank you for your response. I have been trying various methods over the past few days, but the "Contact Us" page is still stuck in a loading loop. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, switched networks, closed all background apps, and ensured that my phone OS, App Store, and browser are all up to date.
I've checked with several friends using both iOS and Android, and none of them can access the "Contact Us" feature either.And I tried clicking the "EA Help" button on the left, but it leads to a 404 Error(page does not exist or has moved). Only the "Report a Player" function seems to work. It feels like these support links haven't been updated for a long time.
My Device Info: Model: Vivo V30 / OS: Android 16. Is there any other way to resolve this problem？
