IOS New update / stuck on loading screen

I play daily and my game for the most part never really has any problems. I was literally playing my game about 1hr ago then I came off for a bit , in the time the game updated now I can’t even load ...

Guys, i can play it on iPad, not my regular iPhone, looks like device and iOS specific, fyi, my iPad is gen 4/5, very old one.
