I've lost my city!

Hello!

I have a huge problem. I've lost my entire city. I was playing for months and i had a city with almost 600000 people. I have no idea how that happened, but even when i sign in with my google account it makes me start from the beginning. I even tried to uninstall it and install it again, but nothing has changed. I had signed in by google accound, my mail is "[edit: email address removed]", my city was "Dodoville" and i already voted the app with 5 stars at Google Play before some months, so i guess i exist somewhere. ☹️ Any help please?

    Hi @TheodoraP,

    Don't panic. I know it's scary to start again but you simply need to complete the tutorial fully before being able to log back into your account. Once it's done your city will be back.

    Thank you for your response, but i've already tried that, but nothing changed.. It appears to be a new city. It's like my city never existed and this is not possible because i'm sure i didn't delete it.

    I've had the same issue. The new city overwrites the one that was previously saved on your Facebook account. Such a poor setting and defeats the purpose. I also had to start over and you basically can't reset the app or it will happen again. I did it assuming it was backed up.
