It’s been 2 full days. Clearly, NOBODY at EA wants to talk to me about this, or solve this issue. This is exactly why I see hundreds of comments from people leaving this game. They love the game, like me, but any and all concerns or criticism falls on deaf ears, and we become the GHOSTED OUTCASTS of SimCity Buildit.
Don't post here. Open a help ticket with Customer service. They respond within 48 hours.
I guess I’m just dense, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do a help ticket with Customer Service. Maybe you could tutor me?
From inside the game, Open the gear, go to help, Customer service. You'll need to go through their help stuff, when it asks if they answered your question say no and it will open a chat with Customer service.
Like everything, it used to be easier, but it does work.
