Looks like you have a solid selection in the other specializations as well. As far as I am aware, there is a 100% bonus cap. So if you have two adjacent specialization buildings each giving a 50% bonus, then adding another specialization building will not increase the population further in any of the residential zones already within range of both of the other two. Or if you have specializations equaling 80% in an area and you place a 40% specialization building there, the surrounding buildings may only get a 20% bonus to bring it up to 100%.
I haven't seen anything official that states that the cap is in place, but others have mentioned it and it seems accurate based on my own observations.

This BUG is JUST for Entertainment and Landmarks.
If i remove the Ferris Wheel same thing happens.
If i remove the University and move it in an ...remote place...i get a drop of the real DEAL...(80.000 drop same number it should be in my case)
So why only this 2 specialization building show as a FAULT number....
Even so ..if its a smaller BOOST ..it should show the REAL population there right?
