I will quote my exchange with ea support soon. you'll understand why I don't need a weapon for 88k points, but only for 36k points. for me, playing on the 5th arena doesn't make any sense.
support ea, answer that:
Please understand that there are always consequences to the actions which in this cases is applied in the game through which we can put an end to number of cases who trade items to feeder cities. Later they became the hot-spot cities doing illicit activities which eventually get banned from our servers.
I anwers their:
You wrote that they were eventually banned from our servers. ... then I have one question: why are you still punishing me with the possibility of putting up only one war item?
as an analyst I will use statistics to show you how much your reasoning is harmful to me. More harmful than the presence of cheats in the game. We've played 36 wars since the beginning of this year. We meet rivals attacking suspiciously (because no one has proven them cheating) 3 times. We hit everyone in the first or second arena. On the 3rd or 4th arena we have only rivals, which almost do not attack.
I haven't played for over 7 months last year so I will skip him. I kept considerable statistics in 2018. we played 136 wars. We meet rivals attacking suspiciously (because no one has proven them cheating) 4 times.
so sorry, but cheaters are no problem for me. but the biggest problem for me are your idiotic decisions and ideas. follow my report history and see how many idiotic mistakes you made. this is another one of them.
quarterly on average we start from scratch and play until the end of 4 arenas. The number of points you need to get in the 5th arena is ridiculously sick and no one wants to play in the 5th arena.
maybe that's why statistically it is easier to meet cheaters in the highest arenas. but it's all your fault. Only your fault.

After reading through this series of posts it is very clear what is taking place...a couple + years ago I contacted EA and asked this simple question - “Are feeder cities legal?” After 3 or 4 exchanges (obviously in conjunction with their legal department) I finally got an answer - “An individual may play multiple cities but they can not be used as a satellite or feeder city.” I had this reviewed by an appropriate professional who confirmed the response came from a legally recognized representative of the company and was a binding statement of fact. I have shared this previously and got called all kinds of names but that’s ok it’s simply a reflection of them as a person.
In answer to the rhetorical question from one of the posters “Are you a cheater”... actually yes, whether you know it or not. Don’t worry, I don’t think they’re after an individual, I believe this is an effort to address these multiple feeder clubs feeding there primary club. If by chance this makes it inconvenient to feed your primary city, all the better, levels the playing field.

PinnacleValley I think your missing the point, this is not about feeder cities it is about hacked cities feeding legit cities with large quantities of war items between wars.
Feeder cities are perfectly fine, if legit, no difference to clubs with players sharing items. Or indeed selling items on the trade HQ.
This change may well slow these players refuelling with hundreds of items between wars but does have an impact to legit players sharing or selling war items to Dan.... Not a very elegant solution.
- 6 years ago@PinnacleValley do you seriously think that playing on two phones with two cities that develop legally in a similar way and play with others on the same terms is cheating?
how is it different from playing with a friend, brother, sister, girl with whom you would share a production?
In our club we always have the rule that 90% of production stays inside the club. one is lucky to make cement, another make cream, another has a lot of anvils on war, and another has wellingtons. This is healthy cooperation. And EA hinders us today, just like coronavirus does in the global economy. - 6 years ago
Exactly.
Also, lets not forget that limiting war items to 1 in the trade depot does not stop cheats from sharing war items from hacked cities, it just makes it more time consuming.... they should focus on stopping the ability to hack for war items! It is not exactly a new issue........

@teppum I respectfully disagree, I believe you may have somewhat limited your focus...of course I understand the hacking issue it takes many different shapes and forms - one of which is raiding dead clubs and cities. I believe this is a specific effort to address the extensive feeder network that has been established by some clubs. You raise the point of legit feeder cities but that’s only an opinion (everyone else does it) but I bring documentation to the table which sadly trump’s opinion. I respect the game and the whole purpose of asking the question In the 1st place was a group of us considered building a network ourselves to combat the consortium but we didn’t want to cheat so we made the effort to make sure we were in line with the rules...didn’t want to get banned from a game we enjoyed and honestly a tainted win is no win.
@scx2km Yes, I do when the premise is to feed your primary city. <removed>. Honestly, I don’t care what you do...if you have the time to play multiple cities that’s great. If you have accepted the fact that you need an “unfair” advantage to compete, I’m good with that. But wouldn’t it be a better approach to focus your energy on helping others develop their cities or use your secondary cities to participate in other clubs developing relationships and helping others. For me it boils down to honor, integrity and respect for the game.

Very well-said. Yes, I still remember you answering my question on whether feeders are legal.
To me, feeders are no different from cheaters. Cheaters hack the system to gain an advantage while feeders misuse the system to gain an advantage.
Players going to other clubs to buy war items is one of the reasons why I reject every single request to join my club. Even if I accept, I will clear out all war stuff from my teammates’ stores beforehand. There was once a new member mentioning that she had a feeder club, I ejected her out immediately despite her impressive stats.
They can give whatever justification to their choices.

@J6niceL Thanks for the kind words my friend, sadly the messenger always gets shot... Something I never shared was that if I had received a different response from EA we had 5 very strong clubs lined up to participate collectively with members trading through the collective feeder club and the members could compete in any of the 5 club’s wars...each club would provide 3 feeders for a 15 member club to support 5 - 12 member clubs - I believe we could have handled anything thrown our direction (except hackers) as all 5 clubs were in the top 200 at the time. No cheaters, no bubble boys...but collectively we felt it would give us perhaps an unfair advantage and since the leadership of each club are honorable individuals we collectively decided to ask the simple question. We got our answer and elected to follow the rules...so when I get attacked for this message I simply smile because it is just a reflection of the individual and yes you’re correct it is cheating in the truest sense of the word. That said, shame on EA for not enforcing what they stated in writing... Take care.

If they are kicking cheaters finally, this is a useless update. Just punishes the rest of us.
I get it limits people's storage to 20 instead of 300. So maybe it's a help, but if they can see the cheat. Kick em, and done, right?
