I've been playing for years, and this issue has been there since then. Im having trouble connecting to the game with both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I've tried everything and found no solution.
What does your message saying, can you translate to english
If you mean the pop up message on the screenshoot says this but my wifi is fine:
"Hello President! You must be online to build your new city. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again."
If you login somehow, the other issue is connecting to online servers.
Thanks. Could be that your internet connection is to low and it takes to long for the download and gives a timeout with the EA server. You could try to close all other open Apps and background activitie if you have opend some.
Hello thank you for the reply ^_^ I've done everything on my end, but this is an issue caused by the game itself. As I mentioned in this thread, this problem has been going on for years like this, and I recall contacting the support team about this very same issue before. I hope it gets taken seriously and fixed.
