Losing hard hats

For the last week I have been losing hard hats on residences to be upgraded. I produce and gather what I need, go back and the hard hat is gone!  Bounced somewhere else with different requirements!

😡😡😡😡😡

PLEASE FIX,!!!!

    OK that bubble has two buttons in it. One moves the bubble to another location, which resets the requirements. The other one resets the requirements but keeps the bubble at current position. You might be clicking on one of them eveytime by mistake. But if that's not the case, contact the customer line for help on your problem.

    At first that's what I thought I was doing, but then started being very careful and still happening.  My hubby (a family that plays together...). Says he has been having same problem
