Lost Ad-Powered Factory & Speed-Ups

For no apparent reason, I am all of the sudden no longer able to watch ads to speed up the production of industrial items, or to not have to wait when getting a new set of items to upgrade a building or get new war items, etc... AND my ad-powered factory no longer works... it just says it is non-operational at the moment. Seems I just can't watch ads for any kind of speed-ups or perks, but I have the ad settings turned "on" in my About -> Privacy settings. Tried turning this settings off and back on and waiting 24 hours for things to reset a couple of times, and just can't get them back. It REALLY sucks to not be able to speed anything up when warring! Anyone know how to fix this?

    I play on an iPad. The Ad-powered factory has never worked and I can’t delete it because it’s “producing” motors……

    Bump. Same problem for the last two weeks. Customer service is terrible on this issue.

    I had this problem too, but only on my Amazon Fire tablet. Worked on Android and iOS. So I downloaded Google Play on my Fire tablet (do a search to find instructions). Then installed the Google Play’s Simcity Buildit version. Now it works.
