Lost city progress partially

Hi! I have lost all progress from 23rd May onwards in my capital city. That includes all changes all rewards and upgrades. Meanwhile the regions are fine. Storage materials are fine but I have lost storage space. I have not lost regional progress at all. All changes are intact and so are all the buildings there. I have lost cash,.coin and the keys as well. Meanwhile I also have had duplication of certain materials as well. I tried asking for help at EA but they have done nothing. Worst part is that my game was properly stored in the servers till yesterday June 4th connected to Google account. I deleted it and redownloaded it and it was lost. I tried connecting it to EA but it did nothing. Please help. I also contacted EA but they did nothing, now I feel lost. Please help.
