lost city without a backup account

I lost my city without a backup account but my club can still see it there and visit. How do I get it back?

    Hey @Xandro916,

    If you lost your city without saving your progress with Facebook,Google Play or GameCenter, you cannot retrieve your progress by yourself. However, take a shot with our support team. I can't tell if they will be able to help you with this, but it's worth trying !! Here is a link to contact our SimCity Buildit Support.
