Lost city

Hello

I hope you can help

 

I had an issue trying to log into the game yesterday and as a result I have lost my city. It began with error 60002.1006.999-player I’d 2186254101

What has come back is not nearly the same.

I have 7000 sim cash missing

290000 simoleins missing

4 regions are missing

Mayors pass is reduced to level 1 instead of 71

My club which I was Vice President over is also gone

Omega bank has 46000 in it but can only hold 19000

All my omega items are also missing

And my normal items missing also

all friends are also gone but a couple on Facebook can see my city and all regions are still there despite me not being able to see or access it.

I’ve paid to play the game since the beginning and as well as buying sim cash I had the daily deal for a long time and also all the mayors premium passes and all the premium plus passes since they came out.

To say I’m devastated is putting it mildly I’ve lost years of building the city.

support just closes all my tickets for help without a single comment.

on mayors tasks it’s also weird

    @BusterL200 I had the same error. Cannot load the game. Tried different connections as well as reinstalling and playing through the tutorial to reconnect. My first contact with support wasn't helpful but I tried again and I'm waiting. Did all of you just eventually regain access or did support fix the loading error message? Thanks

    Support are useless still waiting apparently they are referring it to the tech department.

    5 days later and still not fixed or even a reply to say when it will be.

    I finally was able to logon but as all of you did, I lost my items and progress. Lost my club too. Was anyone successful in getting their account restored to the way it was?

    I haven’t heard of anyone getting their city back to the way it was.

    check your disaster cards see if there all gone too

    @BusterL200 Yes I lost all of my disaster cards. My com level is now 1. I lost my club which I was president of. I can't rejoin until I build my com level up. Not sure if I want to keep playing if everything is lost forever.

    Yep I know the feeling 

    im out of my club too and they didn’t make legendary for the the first time in a year.

    if my city is not returned I’m not going to start again spent to many years on it.
