Lost Progress between devices SimCity Build It

Question

Hey Guys.&nbsp;I was lvl 23 with a university built, 110 city storage capacity, and the Mad Scientist (Unleash 5 disasters) achievement complete. I did this on my iPad. When I tried going back to my iPhone, it couldn't connect to the internet, and started offline play for an older version of my city (lvl 22, 100 city capacity, only 3 disasters completed, no university). This several-day-old version of my city then somehow overrode my newer city and got synced to my iPad.

What are my options? Suck it up and keep playing, or have a backup of my data restored?&nbsp;

Same thing happened to me, I emailed support and they eventually said it was a hiccup on their part. They compensated me with some cash but never regained the lost days progress. Good luck!

I had the same thing happen at level 34, but was able to get it fixed. I had to first contact support, and after a few emails they finally submitted it to their "experts". The "experts" then manually restored the city using their server.

So your only solution is to contact technical support, let them know you did all the troubleshooting and it still doesn't work, and ask them to submit it to an expert.

It's a hassle, but they can fix it!
