After a long discussion with several help desk employees, started April 30, one of them finally admitted somewhere last week (*) it could be a possible bug and will reported to the game team to investigate.
Further s-/he ask me to add this reaction on the forum...... as I do now. This can be explained as no EA-SC employee read the items hereon??
* In the chat conversation I found out that no date is mentioned in the progress of the chat, so i can not exactly point which day I received the answer.
Next today May 27th I updated the game for the coming CoM. Unfortunately the issue of freezing is not solved!
