Maxed out but no skyscrapers?
My houses are maxed out, but doesnt look like a skyscraper. What am I doing wrong ? (sydney opera house AND casino)
That looks like a standard skyscraper for that level.
As you level up the design of the buildings actually change to a more modern looking skyscraper.
You would have to demolish these building though and start again.
This practice also helps you gain more experience too although it's really frustrating to build over as the new buildings will require items that take hours to create.
