Mayors Pass process stuck
I am completing tasks however the progress bar seems frozen. I’m not near the weekly cap. I’ve restarted the game and rebooted my iPad.

Most likely you have hit Tier 38 on Free Pass. There's nowhere else for you to go unless you purchase Premium+ to unlock the remaining 10 tiers.
You are right. First season I didn’t purchase Premium+ and didn’t realize I wasn’t at the end. Thanks.
