Meteorology Building

Just a suggestion for the developers, it would be nice if the newal added Meteorology Building also had the option to adjust day/night cycle speed. I would like to set it to real time rather than the accelerated time. Something to think about maybe? 🤔

    Great idea. Or even better: use a weather API so that the in-game weather and season match the player's actual physical location?
