It appears that Silk is misconfigured within Trains. It is currently configured as a Construction item. Should it not be configured as a Materials item?
Note that Silk has been configured as a Construction item since Trains went live. It is only now that Silk cannot be shipped via Trains.
I do not think the problem is resolved. Silk is configured as a Construction item rather than a Materials item. Prior to yesterday, one could ship Silk by Train using a Construction car. Since yesterday, it seems, Silk can no longer be shipped by any type of Train car.
The EA overlords need to reconfigure the Silk item as a Materials item, and allow it to be shipped via a Materials car. Then, IMHO, all will be well, regarding the Silk item.
Issue resolved.
